What began as a family-owned business has grown into a minority-owned corporation, with our strong values of integrity, customer focus, and quality at its core.

Today, the company is led by my wife Wendy Fletcher (CEO), and myself Michael Fletcher the sitting President. Together, we continue my father’s legacy of providing outstanding electrical services while adapting to the ever-evolving needs of our customers. Our team is licensed and fully equipped to handle projects across North Carolina and Virginia.
